Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Setovi LLC (“Setovi,” “we,” “us”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, handles information in connection with the website setovi.com (the “Site”) and our automation and data-engineering services (the “Services”).
1. Information we collect
- Information you provide. If you contact us by email or book a call, we receive the details you choose to share — such as your name, email address, company, and anything you write to us.
- Booking information. Calls are scheduled through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects the information needed to schedule the meeting (name, email, selected time, and any answers you provide) and shares it with us.
- Website analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (such as page views, referring sites, and general country). It is privacy-first: it does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not collect personal data that identifies you.
- Client data. During a paid engagement, we may access data and systems you provide so we can build and run your automation. This is governed by our engagement agreement and, where applicable, a non-disclosure agreement — see “Client data and confidentiality” below.
2. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule and hold calls.
- To provide, maintain and improve the Services and the Site.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used.
- To meet legal, accounting and security obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Cookies
The Site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our analytics provider (Cloudflare) is cookieless. Third-party tools you interact with, such as Calendly's booking page, may set their own cookies under their own policies.
4. Service providers we rely on
- Cloudflare — hosting delivery, security, and privacy-first web analytics.
- Calendly — call scheduling.
- Google Workspace — business email and calendar.
Each processes information under its own privacy policy. We share information with them only as needed to operate the Site and Services.
5. Client data and confidentiality
When we work with you on an engagement, we work within the access controls you set, use credentials you provision, and can sign a non-disclosure agreement before any data is shared. We use client data only to deliver the agreed work, and nothing leaves the scope we agree on. Your engagement agreement governs in the event of any conflict with this policy.
6. Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above — to maintain our relationship with you, deliver Services, and meet legal or accounting requirements — after which it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. To make a request, email us at [email protected] and we will respond as required by applicable law.
9. International visitors
We are based in the United States, and information we process may be stored and handled there. By using the Site, you understand your information may be processed in the United States.
10. Children
The Site and Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
