These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website setovi.com (the “Site”), operated by Setovi LLC (“Setovi,” “we,” “us”), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. The Site is informational
The Site describes our automation and data-engineering services and lets you contact us and book a call. Content on the Site is provided for general information and does not constitute a binding offer, professional advice, or a guarantee of any particular result.
2. Engagements are governed by separate agreements
Any paid work we perform for you (an “Engagement”) is governed by a separate written agreement — such as a proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement — that defines scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, and responsibilities. Nothing on the Site creates an engagement, and in the event of any conflict, the signed engagement agreement controls.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it through unauthorized means, scrape it in a way that burdens our infrastructure, introduce malicious code, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, and logos — are owned by Setovi or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and share the Site, but you may not copy, republish, or use its content for commercial purposes without our permission. Ownership of work product created during an Engagement is addressed in that Engagement's agreement.
5. Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party services, such as Calendly for scheduling. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites and services. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
6. No warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Setovi will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. This section does not limit any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not affect the terms of a signed Engagement agreement, which governs liability for our services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Setovi harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
